It's not very often you feel like a real person when ordering online... I had a few questions and the rep was patient while I talked through what I was looking for. He offered me the best deal available, explained exactly what I needed to know, I never felt like I was being "sold", rather I was served, supported and helped greatly. My daughter is just beginning her music career and we look forward to a long and fantastic relationship with Sweetwater, who, understandably, came highly recommended to us by her producer.

Sweetwater is the best company I have ever worked with! This is an understatement, they are literally the only people I trust to deliver music products to me. Why you might ask, well let's give a real life story for you: I ordered an OP-Z by Teenage Engineering from Sweetwater and after playing it for awhile the middle C (over used for kicks and other samples) started to miss fire or not play at all, I contacted Sweetwater (unknowingly a bit outside the preferred 30day return window) and had my mind blown! After my request to send it in for repair or replacement they contacted me instantly and told me, although I missed the 30day return deadline, they said to send them my address for my brand new OP-Z to be shipped to! After being reassured that my card wouldn't be charged unless I refused to send back the faulty original OP-Z, I sent my address and had a brand new OP-Z in 2 days and I live in HAWAI'I!!!! They included a way to return for my old OP-Z and I sent it right back with no issues! I've bought a bit of gear from them but this was my first return I've had to do on a product and I was so amazed at how quickly and professionally Sweetwater handled the situation. I will never go to anyone else for any online music product.

This review is about Sweetwater itself. I've never had an issue buying from them. Orders are always fast and accurate, and my Sales Engineer (Ikes Taylor) is equally excellent.

Over the years I have purchased small accessories, microphones, and even a new Rickenbacker 660/12 through Sweetwater. You can rest assured when working with them.

These guys are amazing. I ordered a fender player stratocaster and a couple of guitar cases, and a bunch of accessories. They had everything I was looking for in one place and in stock also wich is totally awesome. I had a few questions and my sales guy Chris was so helpful and professional and answered me realy fast. They have great prices on tons of music gear. I would absolutely recommend sweetwater to anyone looking for there next buy. Trust me you will not be disappointed... thanks again fellas
